The Problem

Two Global Crises. One Opportunity.

Connecting sustainability with life-saving research

8M+
metric tons of plastic enter our oceans every year
Bottle caps are among the top 10 ocean plastic pollutants — collected in the millions, yet discarded as worthless. Every cap we recover is one less piece of microplastic entering our food chain.
500K+
lives lost worldwide to pancreatic cancer every year
One of the deadliest cancers, with a 5-year survival rate of just 12%. Chronically underfunded — yet urgently in need of breakthrough research.
Our Origin

The Story Behind the Rose

"Ten years ago, I lost my mother to pancreatic cancer."

Before she passed, she collected blue bottle caps and gave them to the children in our Paris apartment — a small, quiet act of love.

The Rose Project is her legacy made global. We collect those same discarded caps, transform them into art with children and families, and use every dollar raised to fund the research that could save the next mother, father, or child.

A son. A mother. A memory transformed into purpose.

Who Participates

The Emotional Participation Model

Guests become contributors · Children become creators · Communities become storytellers

Guests
Contributors
Cruise passengers and hotel guests drop caps into collection stations — a micro-action with macro-impact. Every cap is a vote for hope.
Children
Creators
Children aged 5 to 18 join art workshops, shaping caps into sculptures. They don't just participate — they become artists with a purpose.
Communities
Storytellers
Schools, neighborhoods, and online communities share their creations, turning local art into a global movement of awareness and action.
